TAL’s Lifebroker’s Engineering team plays a pivotal part in TAL’s broader mission to protect the things Australians love and value by building the digital front door to life insurance. We’re creating a modern, cloud-native platform that makes it simpler for customers to compare, choose and manage cover with confidence. In this role, you’ll help shape the frontend experience where people meet our transformation in real time, turning complex journeys into clear, human moments. Your work will directly support better outcomes for customers and partners, and help Lifebroker grow with speed, scale and care so more Australians can get the protection they need, when it matters most.
